PikoBot Edition
By purchasing or using PikoBot, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Use
- PikoBot is an educational robotics product.
- Adult supervision is recommended for children.
- Xenon Industries is not responsible for misuse, unsafe handling, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Warranty Policy
PikoBot comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.
❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Physical damage (breakage, cracks, burns, water damage)
- Damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or accidents
- Damage due to unauthorized repair or modification
- Power issues caused by wrong adapters or voltage
- Normal wear and tear
Important: Any physically damaged product will not be eligible for free repair or replacement.
3. Repair & Replacement
- If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we may repair or replace the product at our discretion.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs during warranty claims.
4. Returns & Refunds
- No refunds after delivery unless the product is dead on arrival (DOA).
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returned products must be in original condition.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Orders placed with Cash on Delivery must be accepted at delivery.
- Refusal without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xenon Industries is not liable for:
- Indirect or accidental damages
- Loss caused by misuse or improper handling
- Any damage beyond the product’s purchase value
